Not escalated to next level, because:
In the LEVELS tasks Europe ONE pattern is used. In Europe ONE brow pattern there is point 6 backbone. It has to end at pt no 6. This one on the picture does not - there is pt 3 backbone.
Also please keep in mind that when making the first lines and strokes you have to use SharpBrows scratch skin or pigment (and blades).
